Terms of use and sale

Last updated: October 13, 2026 · Version française

These terms apply to the French Path Canada website and learning platform (app.frenchpathcanada.com), operated by French Path Canada (“we”). By creating an account or buying a plan, you accept them.

1. What we offer

French Path Canada is an online preparation service for the TCF Canada French exam.

Some features (the AI examiner, the AI writing review, automatic speaking analysis) have usage limits, shown in the platform. They keep the service available to everyone.

2. Payment

Prices are in US dollars, as shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe (plans), systeme.io (oral course) and TidyCal (coaching). We never see or store your card number.

3. Refunds

Because every account can try the full method free for 7 days before paying, plans and the oral course are final sale. We make exceptions in these cases:

The coaching diagnostic follows its own rule, shown on the coaching page.

4. What the platform is not

French Path Canada is independent. It is not affiliated with France Éducation international, which owns the TCF Canada, nor with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. We do not guarantee any exam score or immigration result. The level estimates, automatic feedback and AI tools are aids to practice: they can be wrong, and only the official exam gives your score.

5. Your account

6. Content

The platform’s content (questions, explanations, videos, course material, design) belongs to French Path Canada or its licensors. You may use it for your own preparation only, not copy, publish or redistribute it.

What you write and record remains yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service (feedback, review, your progress).

7. Changes and availability

We improve the platform often and may change, add or remove features. We do our best to keep it available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on the platform or by email.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your place of residence.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms: the contact button at the bottom right of frenchpathcanada.com, or a reply to any email we send you.
