Pass Your TCF Canada.
Get Your PR.
Your French does not need to be perfect. Your weakest TCF skill needs to stop costing you points. I am a native French speaker who does only TCF Canada: I find which of the four is capping your NCLC score, and build your preparation around it.

How your TCF score becomes PR points
The TCF Canada gives you four scores: listening, reading, speaking, writing. Each one maps to an NCLC level, the French scale. NCLC 7 counts as CLB 7 in every immigration calculation.
Express Entry uses your lowest of the four, never an average. One weak skill caps your whole result, so preparation has to lift the skill that is actually holding you back.
Reach NCLC 7 in all four and French adds up to 50 CRS points on top of your language points, plus entry into the French-language draws, which have run well below the general cut-off.
Your diagnostic tells you exactly which of the four skills is capping your score, and the realistic NCLC target for your exam date.Source: IRCC language requirements and Express Entry CRS criteria, current 2026. NCLC 7 minimum on the TCF Canada: 458 listening, 453 reading, 10 speaking, 10 writing.
Not all French teachers are equal.
The TCF Canada is a specific exam with a specific format. Generic French lessons do not prepare you for it. Four things change the outcome.
Real students. Real results.
We asked Serge where he was stuck before we started.
I was very close, but needed structural preparation. Exactly the type of structure the examiners want to see.
“It's a long road, but you will get there, and Jonathan will help.”
We asked Connor what changed in eight months.
When I started, speaking was my weakest area. Now it's one of my strongest, and that's all thanks to Jonathan's teaching style.
“It never felt tedious and it never felt like homework. It felt like a conversation I just wanted to have.”
"Jonathan is very well-prepared, flexible, and patient. I'm at a B2 level and wanted to work on my conversation skills. He helps me document my mistakes and improve from there, and his assignments make sure I keep practicing between lessons."
"He creates a comfortable environment where speaking feels easy and natural. Our lessons are very conversation based, which helped me build confidence and actually use the language instead of just studying grammar. He corrects pronunciation and mistakes in a way that feels helpful rather than intimidating."
"I always felt comfortable and confident, which really helped me become more fluent in speaking French. He's a dedicated teacher, he prepares his lessons thoroughly, and focuses a lot on oral practice tailored to your needs."
The 25-minute TCF Diagnostic
Before anything else: where do you actually stand? You speak, I score you against the real TCF criteria, and you leave with a written plan. It answers the question most candidates get wrong on their own: whether to sit the exam yet, or wait.
- Live assessment on real TCF speaking tasks
- Your fossilized errors named, the ones costing you points
- An honest exam date: when to sit it, or when not to yet
- A one-page written plan you keep, whatever you decide next
- $24 credited to your first month if you continue
I would freeze. He helped me build the confidence to get a CLB 8, which I really didn't think was possible.

Progress guarantee: your level is scored by simulation in your first week and again at each monthly checkpoint. No measurable progress while attending consistently = the following month is free.
No spot open? Or $360/month isn't realistic right now?
The same method, without the 1-on-1. Built from years of coaching candidates through this exam, thousands of lessons: how the exam actually scores you, and the three structures that fire automatically under pressure: R·E·P for Task 1, G·O·A·R for Task 2, the 5-block monologue for Task 3.
Nothing is delivered before September 1: you are pre-ordering, not buying access today. Modules 1 and 2 open that day, then one new module roughly every 3 weeks. If a date slips, you hear it from me first, and your 30-day full refund window starts the day you get access, not the day you pay.
Modules 1 and 2 are open now. The remaining modules ship roughly every 3 weeks, and you get every future module for free. If a date slips, you hear it from me first. Full refund within 30 days of getting access: if it is not for you, email me. If you are telling me it did not help, send your practice recordings so I can see what happened.
The same R·E·P / G·O·A·R structure taught 1-on-1 starting at $360/month, self-paced here for a one-time $147.
- Worksheets and exercises for every module
- Self-recording tasks, where automaticity is built
- Price rises to $297 when Module 5 ships
The progress guarantee
It applies to every monthly plan. Start at B1 or above, attend your sessions consistently, and if your monthly checkpoint shows no measurable progress, the following month is free. No questions asked.
Hi, I'm Jonathan.
I'm French, born and raised, and for the last few years I've done almost nothing but prepare people for the TCF and TEF Canada. Over 2,000 one-on-one lessons, students from India to Brazil to Nigeria, and 24 five-star reviews with no exceptions.
What I learned early: people rarely fail because their French is weak. They fail because they repeat the same three or four mistakes under pressure, and nobody ever told them which ones. So the method is built around that. We name your fossilized errors, turn each one into a rule you can actually apply, and drill it until it holds when the clock is running. Every session is recorded so you can hear yourself change.
- →We work from your actual mistakes, not a generic syllabus
- →All four skills, in the real exam format: speaking, writing, listening, reading
- →Timed simulations that feel exactly like the day itself
- →An honest exam date, even when it is not what you want to hear
